Before pale Provence rosé conquered the world, Navarra's deep-pink Garnacha rosado was among the most admired in Spain — a vivid, dry, full-flavoured wine of raspberry and strawberry, made by bleeding off juice from old bush- vine Grenache. It remains one of the country's benchmark pink wines.
Rioja's northern neighbour shares its grapes and its pilgrim road, but the rosado is Navarra's own signature. Fruity, structured and food-friendly, it is a reminder that rosé can have real substance — and a proud regional tradition.
